Clear rules for a trusted collaboration.

THE CURATOR is a private, invitation-based network for architectural and interior 3D visualization. Clients submit projects, the curator selects a suitable visualization artist, and the work is delivered through the platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to the terms below.

Terms of Service

01

The platform and the curator's role

THE CURATOR acts as an intermediary between clients and visualization artists. Access is granted by invitation or after review of a registration request. The curator selects and assigns the artist for each project; clients do not browse or hire artists directly, and artists do not bid for work.

02

Roles and accounts

Each account has one role: client (employer), executor (3D artist) or curator. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

03

Project workflow

A project starts from a written brief with references, drawings, the required number of views and the desired quality level. Work is divided into stages with a recorded completion percentage. Deliverables are submitted for review at agreed stages, and revisions are limited to the scope stated in the brief.

04

Payments and invoices

Rates, currency, budget and payment terms are agreed per project and recorded on the platform. Invoices and payment history are visible to the project participants. The platform records agreed amounts and payments made; it does not hold or transfer funds on your behalf.

05

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives the rights to the delivered visualizations for the purposes stated in the brief. The artist retains authorship and may use the work in a portfolio only with the client's written consent. Source files are transferred only if explicitly agreed in the brief.

06

Confidentiality

Project files, references, correspondence and client information are confidential and may only be accessed by participants assigned to the project. Participants may not disclose, publish or reuse this material outside the platform without written permission. This obligation continues after the project is completed.

07

Contacting outside the platform

Communication concerning a project takes place on the platform, so that briefs, decisions and approvals remain recorded and translated for all participants. Bypassing the platform to arrange the same work directly is a breach of these terms.

08

Suspension and cancellation

A project may be paused or cancelled by agreement of the participants. Work already completed and accepted at the moment of cancellation remains payable. The curator may suspend an account that breaches these terms, including breaches of confidentiality.

09

Liability

The platform is provided as is. The curator is responsible for selecting artists and coordinating the process, but is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or for decisions you make on the basis of delivered visualizations.

10

Governing language

The interface is available in several languages. The English version of these terms is the authoritative one; translations are provided for convenience.

Privacy Policy

01

What we store

Your name and email address; a cryptographic hash of your password, never the password itself; your account language; projects you take part in, including references, drawings and other uploaded files; chat messages and their translations; recorded rates, payments and invoices; and basic activity such as sign-in time and changes to project stages.

02

Why we use it

To give you access to your projects, to run the workflow (stages, reviews, deliveries), to keep a record of agreed amounts and payments, and to translate messages so that participants speaking different languages can work together.

03

Who has access

Only participants assigned to a project can see its files, correspondence and financial records. The curator has access to all projects, as coordination between clients and artists is the purpose of the service. Other artists in the network can see only anonymous information about a project: city, country, project type, interior or exterior, quality level and current stage.

04

Third-party services

The platform runs on our own server. The database is hosted by a managed PostgreSQL provider. When automatic translation is enabled, the text of your message is sent to an external language-model provider for translation; files, names and financial data are not sent. No data is sold or used for advertising.

05

Retention and deletion

Project data is kept while the project is active and afterwards as a record of the collaboration. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion; we will delete what is not required as a record of concluded financial obligations, and confirm what was removed.

06

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to project material is restricted by role and project assignment. No system is immune to compromise: report anything suspicious immediately.
